I'd probably go something like [url='http://www.wowhead.com/?talent=hEh0qodItM']this[/url], then you could either pick up Lightning Overload or start heading into Enhancement. Personally, I'd go Enhancement for the static crit and spell damage increase over a proc like Lightning Overload.

In the end I will probably tweak mine some as I'm currently having no mana issues to speak of and Elemental Oath may end up being up enough with two speced for it as opposed to 3 but I'm not sure where that gets me other than more mana saving talents.
