Dual Boxing a Hunter - Shaman Combo Looking for Advice

Greetings All !

I have been dual-boxing about 2 weeks now, started a recruit-a-friend account, downloaded two box toolkit, got KeyClone, and have been having a real blast !!!

I have run up a pair of 29 twink hunters, and a pair of 19 twink shammies, my mains are a (yeah, you guessed it!) 70 Hunter and 70 Shaman, who have been on babysitting duty for the little ones to run them thru instances for gear.

I have been trying to get the two 70s together to do a little battleground, and pondering the Keyclone thing.

Anyone have any good advice on how to "weave" the Hunter Shots and Shaman Spells together effectively???

Seems that I leave the Hunter as is, and try to match my Shaman spells to him, but having a bit of trouble on the concept...

Any advice on doing so would be greatly appreciated!

I prefer not to weave the binds together I use different binds for the different classes

Fx. 1234567890+´ = shaman only, hunter doing nothing

Fx. Shift+1Shift+2Shift+3Shift+4Shift+5Shift+6Shift+7S hift+8Shift+9Shift+0Shift++Shift+´ = hunter only, shaman doing nothing


Requires you to be quite fast on the keyboard, but well you dont have to follow my 'advice' ^^

I play a team of a pally, hunter, 2 mages and priest and mostly just keybind stuff for each class. Thou I do combine a few things like frostbolt on my mages with arcane shot on my hunter, then triggering auto shot.

i've been running a hunter/shaman combo. Hunter being main( lvl 20). I have a lvl 70 hunter on another account). I have been using 1 key basically for shotting my hunter shots on cast sequenece ( concussion shot, serpent sting, acrane shot) auo shot is set atoumatic. with the shaman using lighting bolt for the same key. havn'et really needed much else cauase everything dies before it get to me. My pet can't even reach it in time sometimes.

I am trying to do a little battlegrounding, thinking of maybe trying arena if that is successful.

Basically, I am doing lightning for most of my hunter shots, and some chain lightning mixed in, especially on the aimed shot. My key for my macro with the Mark and pet attack key on the hunter maps to the totem drop macro on the shammy. I have a couple keys on the Hunter for melee. One for Wing Clip and one macro for the other hunter melee attacks. It's counterpart on the shammy /castrandom throw heals on the hunter and a chain heal on itself, since that will bounce to the hunter, as well as a shock/attack macro on the second key.

I was just wondering if anyone had any better ideas, or more experience...

Also, only two boxing atm, and shaman is always the slave.

You could also use t,g,v,z,x instead of 6-0, and use e to target closest friendly player on shaman.

Since most the time I'm moving when I Hunter's Mark, I don't have to worry about the heal. If i'm not moving and dont want the heal, I jump. Simple as that.

I've had great success with this setup, although I'm sure there are improvements that could be made.
