5-Box setup on one PC

Ok I will start of by saying I know "NOTHING" about the hardware side of computers so I am here to ask you for help if you have some spare time and/or very bored please make a list/pre-made computer that can 5-box on 1 computer I have multiple moniters at home if that helps but if it doesnt one big moniter harddrive is also taken care of. It can be a laptop and as cheap as possible the bare minium.

P.S I apolgize about my grammer I know its horrid also around $1000 Australian is over my limit :P but if needed can get the extra money so if its possible help a noob out GL
