its kind of complicated but you could try the leaderless focusless setup using keyclone as you could probably set it up for all your toons. that way it doesnt matter who you log in youd be good to go. ive never messed with it so i dont know the limits but it looks like it may work. also if you keep it simple i dont think youll run out of macros on each character but i think a leaderless setup is what you need.
