WoW comprehensive boosting guide?

Hey everyone, Eli here. Having done 5 shamans to 70 the old fashioned way (blood sweat and tears) recently I've decided to try throwing together a PvE group with a spread of classes, and so I've started the boosting. Having done what I always do and spent hours trying to find everything I can about it, I've decided to chronicle my Boosting to form a bit of a guide, from a lot of what I've learned. I've been tracking my times for runs, the XP I'm getting, and before leaving the instance, attempting to get a quick video guide of alt placement, pulls, etc. So far I've only gone to 20, so just stocks and deadmines (which are pretty simple), but hopefully i'll be able to get a good guide for every where to boost from 1-60ish, what pulls to do, a video of the pulls in action, and the XP you can expect to get (Roughly) without any RAF bonus's of course.

Anyway to the real reasons for me posting this (Without anything helpful) What would anyone, who would be interested in a boosting guide be looking for? Just things that you would like to see added, as to try to make it as useful as possible. Obviously a lot of people have posted and given tips for instances, levels to do things, etc, and I'd like to combine all that knowledge and whatever else we can add to it into one place for people to find.

Honetsly, my RAF Bonus won#t last forever - and a 1-70 boosting guide would be very nice.

I wrote up the way I get from 1-60 here. It is from a horde perspecitve, but I may save you some time. Remeber, the less instances you go to the better.
