it's caused from the 1 second delay the game gives if you ever look at another screen you can be moving at the EXACT same time but on both screens they are both ahead of each other by 1 second.. it's same for targeting when you target right away to the other chars it hasn't even happened yet untill 1 second passes so if you can get a timer or just get used to giving it a sec it'll be fine.. most people don't notice this problem because it takes a sec for all the followers to stop following
