I've found that 4/5x lesser healing wave at certain times can completely remove the need for a dedicated healer.

I'd keep them all elemental. Heal with lesser healing wave, chain healing if you got chars unable to heal but want some spread out aoe healing. It's all you need.

Still, some boxers prefer one shaman as a dedicated healer, but, seriously, there's no -real- need for it. You have enough dps to ghet through most encounters without heals at all, and truely, 4/5x lesser healing waves and back at 100%. Works fine.

By the way, healbot? What? D:

By the way, I use one button for healing, and this is it:

/cast [mod:shift, target=player] Chain Heal
/cast [target=target,help,exists][target=targettarget,help,exists][target=player] Lesser Healing Wave

FTL macro for the same char when I press the healing button:
#showtooltip Lesser Healing Wave
/target [mod:ctrl,mod:alt,nomod:shift,target=Canilka][mod:alt,mod:shift,nomod:ctrl,target=Canllka][mod:ctrl,mod:alt,mod:shift,target=Canlika]
/cast [target=targettarget,help,exists][target=targettargettarget,help,exists][target=player] Lesser Healing Wave
