Still need help with triple Shaman team

I got a new quad core Dell so I could specifically multibox. I am using Keyclone and 3 Dranei Shaman. They are all Elemental spec. I can get them to all work together but all three do not cast when they target the same target. Toon one and toon two will cast but not toon three. Sometimes toon one and toon three will cast but toon two will go into attack stance for melee and not cast. I am losing my mind over this. I need all three to cast! Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. I also went into interface and tried with attack on assist of and off, it makes NO difference. Any tips please!

Could be a macro problem. Did you dbl check the spelling and syntax? A slight mistake could cause major headaches.

On the toon that doesnt fire do you have it setup to assist the main or assist the 2nd toon that is assisting the main?

My toons are named baada, baadb, and baadc. Baada is the main. I have tried macros in two ways. I used /follow and /assist macros to baada from baadb and baadc and I have also tried baadb do /follow and /assist to baada only and then have baadc do a /follow and /assist to baadb and still the same problems. I triple checked all the macros and even tried general and character specific. Still nothing.

yes we could maybe help better if we knew what your macros were or what type of setup you use (assist, focus/target, focusless leaderless ect...) as this will help us in making macros youd want to use. as it stands we can only make blind stabs in the dark, but heres a simple assist macro that i have on my clones

/assist party1
/cast fireball (i have mages)

works like charm and ive never had a misfire. hope that helps.

If you need specifics this is what I have tried:



/follow baada

/assist baada

This is used when baadb and baadc both target baada.

I have also tried the following: baadb uses a /follow baada and a /assist baada while baadc uses /follow baadb and /assist baadb

Either way I try it, all three toons do NOT cast only two of three casts at all times. Very annoying.

Go through your exact sequence of keys for a std fight.

Do you have /follow and /assist bound to the same key (ie. you hit #1 and the macro bound to the #1 key is set to have the alts /follow & /assist)?

Here is what I have setup. On my alts I have the movement keys "w.a.s.d" unbound. Then I made a /follow macro and bound it to the "w" key. That way everytime I use "w" on the main to walk forward the alts are being told to /follow all the time. (this works great for me but isnt ideal in some situations, you may not always want your alts following)

Then across my numbered keys I have the following macros /assist "main toon" /cast "spell" - that way when I want to cast a fireball for instance I hit the #1 key on the main and it then causes the 2 alts to assist the main and start casting a fireball. Same goes for the other #'s I have the assist macro and cast macro on each for whatever type spell I want them all to cast together.

Now this is a very simplistic/rudimentary way of doing it but it also is what works for me.

the easiest to place to lvl ur toons...on ally side imo..is the dranei starting zone...i was able to 4 box my shammies...in under 8 hours to.22....with only doing 2 collection quests...1 for the lvl 10 class quest...the other was the shadowstalkers and the crystals..which can be skipped..but gr8 xp......from there the wetlands...duskwood...a couple in redridge in between....gear means nothing till 60
