I wouldn't even be able to multibox with a constant 200ms ping time. When my ping goes above 150ms I can no longer use epic mounts. One or more of my alts lose follow constantly unless I tap the movement key giving them plenty of time to catch up.

If I use my paladin then I have to have a ping time of 100 or less to use crusader aura.

How on earth do you guys with 200-600ms ping times even do it? I'd go insane and cancel all my accounts in a heartbeat if I had to deal with that.
