Setting Raid Target for CC

I am new to macro's and dual-boxing in general. I currently have a lv15 Warlock/Mage team (Alliance, Thaurissian (Oceanic PvP)).
I have been browsing the forums and am in particular looking for a macro to which I can cast the polymorph to target a specific raid icon (moon) without resetting the focus, as the warlock is set as focus.
Does anyone know of a way this can be done or whether I have to reset the focus everytime (which isn't difficult, just a general annoyance).

Any help would be appreciated and I can be contacted obviously with a reply to this thread, or in game to either Pïmples, Slagathör or Cybelor.

but yeh can use focus for something like that :P
