Question about Zhevra mount and transferring a character

Hi,

I have a main account that recruited two new accounts (RAF) and now I want to grant levels to a new character on my main account. Granting levels to this new character would net it about 55 levels (under level 60). What I would like to do is grant this new character up to lvl 55 and move it to a new account so that I can add it to my multibox team. The question is, can I gift this new character a zhevra mount (again it's under level 60) and then transfer it to a new account and it will still retain the gifted mount?
