I might've gone a bit on the slow route when i did - anyhoo...

total time ~20 hours - the boosted characters were able to heal the 70 warr in brd and brs instances. the mobs start hurtin' there.
(the quests for BRS covers the whole 59-60 level when delivering, 40k per quest.)
Carinz, in an instance, when a warrior kills a mob, (say the 2 chars you are leveling are level 19) were the two characters still obtaining triple exp from the kill, since the mob was gray to the warrior?

If so, i've really screwed myself for boosting my characters. Since the VET char (see the graphic in first post) sits outside while a 70 boosts the other 4 (since once the 4 RAFs have been leveled, they can gift the VET account).
