The maximum number of grantable levels that can be gained by a single character is 29.
to me that meant any alt i have on the vet account can't get free ding'd more than 29 times hence i'd have to make a lvl 30 eh 31 to get to 60.... oh nevermind i'm an idiot that obviously means the RAF account granter not the granted....eh granbtee? lol i'm a moron >.<
