Valkry... i think that asking about the other things you asked about can also get you into trouble depending on if it is noticed or not. Asking Blizzard directly about it is going to get noticed. Asking about something is enough to begin to establish "intent" and intent is important. We act against "intent" legally all the time. Intent is legally important in many ways.

I was once sitting on the curb reading a book waiting for a friend to finish a very intense conversation with their parents... and it was in a rich neighborhood... and the police came by just to check out what i was doing... some of the neighbors called me in lol.
