Hehe - if I had that patience, I'd probably just level the 4th team. As it is, I'm rather handing over money to Blizzard to use up the gift levels to do it. 2 x Transfer fee there, and twice more on the way back. I just can't see any other way of doing it.
As long as you don't mind spending the money. Its all for the sake of entertainment anyway what good is money if you don't spend it.
