Default Am I using my Shaman right?

Right now I'm dual boxing with a 26 warr/shaman. I'm going through the levels so fast, I'm not sure that I'm using the right spells/abilities!

For the shaman, I drop a fire totem at the start of fight. Then I just use Lightning Bolt for the rest of the time.

Should I be using other abilities? I want max DPS on the mob, and I only want to use the best 2-3 spells. Someone please give me some analysis on this.

You could throw some earthshocks into your rotation but to be honest with things dieing so fast you'd be using up more mana then whats needed so I would just stick with what your doing.

Later on you could do Lightbolt, lightbolt, chainlight, earthshock and things will almost always be dead.

Don't bother with totems at your level. Just LB spam and move on. When you hit 50 and will pull back to your shaman with your warrior then worry about totems and some kind of dps rotation.

Apart from answering yourself lol, it doesn't really matter at your lvl. Don't bother with totems until you get wf for your warrior :P It just wastes times for minor stat boosts. Save your mana for Lbolts/heals.

Thanks for the feeback. I'm going to tell myself, "Keep it simple stupid." Sometimes you can give yourself paralysis by overanalysis.

I am doing an enchantment shaman with my pally. Typically I open with Stormstrike, then Flame Shock. After this just the shaman just beats the mob down with my pally.

When I drop totems I use a castsequence to do Windfury (agility works too), Strength, Mana Regen (you can do health), then the fire totem. If there are multiple mobs I will drop the Fire Nova.

Also setup a healing macro to heal your warrior when you need.

If you stick with elemental... can't help you as much. I guess just sit back and cast lightning, then heal when needed. If you have multiples, drop the totems and pull back to shaman, then tank with warrior.
