The weird mouse-spin issue with Synergy

Does anyone have a fix for this? I'm soo tired of having to use two mice. I can use one when just clicking quests etc using synergy, but if I want to mouse-look move my characters, synergy makes it spin in that weird way. Have anyone found a fix for this?

I don't remember where exactly, but there is a function where you can lock your mouse to a screen with a hotkey. This takes care of the spinnage.

Scroll lock key. Or, get Octopus - I'm using it just for the KM cause it's superior to Synergy once you set it up right. I'd use it for everything, but I like round-robin and keymaps.

I'd say this, with the caveat that Octopus isn't supported any longer, so if you run into a config that doesn't support it, you're SOL. Then again, it's free so who's worried? :P

Synergy also is no longer supported. In fact it has not been for over 2 years I believe. Nice thing about Synergy over Octopus is that Synergy is cross platform, Was really nice having one setup for my mac, windows and *nix machines.
