Best way to get my team working?

Before I start getting links to the macros section please hear me out. I am currently triple boxing to test things out. I have a 3 Shaman team and have tried a few things. I am using Keyclone and using one main screen.

Basically I have all three casting but here is the problem. I can't seem to have all three cast. I have toon 1 and 2 or toon 1 and 3 but I can't seem to get all three to cast at once! Is anyone else having this problem? I have tried to different methods to try to make the team more efficient. Here is an example:

Method one: I use /follow and /assist macros from toons 2 and 3 and link to toon one

Method two: I use /follow and /assist macros from toon 2 to toon 1. I then used the same macros from toon 3 to toon 2. This makes them spread out better but cripples the range a bit. I use attack in key #1 position.

When in combat, I get all three toons to get into combat stance but randomly get toon 2 or 3 to cast with toon 1. Most of the time the toon not casting is in melee attack stance. I am using a brand new Dell XPS 420 system. If I run up to a mob and cast a non-instant, frequently one of the following toons is still moving, which prevents the spell cast.

Pausing a moment before casting might help you. I doubt its something this simple, but start with simple fixes and move from there.
Having A/B or A/C or B/C cast, but not the 3rd is very weird; if it was always B not casting then it would be B's assist macro.
