Blue post on lava burst and lightning damage

I guess we'll just have to accept that from 3.0 we're broken until lvl 75 :-(

I think we're broken way beyond that, we don't scale.

I think it's too soon to tell, but if that's the case I'm sure it'll be fixed. If endgame encounters show a significant dps difference, I'm sure it'll be handled.
