I took a month off from boxing and put a bunch of miles on my road bike. I loaded every CD I own into my iTunes library and took care of things I had been neglecting.

I still feel empty without the crew around to comfort me.......

How many ks you got on that bike? I managed to put 1000 km on mine before it was even 3 weeks old lol. Only thing limiting me was school and I wasn't allowed to spend too much time on it with my training schedule (the bike riding was my off-training)

But yea, get home from school at 4, bust out a 3 hour ride to the city and back, home in time for dinner at 7.

I purchased a treadmill awhile back. Theres a thread archived in the OT forums somewhere lol. Anyways I got that cause I'm self conscious when I run outside (I'm not overweight) which makes it all the more ridiculous... who knows. That and I can now watch my tv/movies while I run

I hate treadmills, I much prefer running outside. part of the reason why I struggle to do exercise is because it is so boring by myself. At least outside the scenery changes and I can take the dog. And bball is always fun. Also, treadmills are harder (surface wise) to run on compared to grass/dirt.

Well...I can either spend a fair bit of coin on a treadmill which will eventually break and takes up space, or I can run outside for free...hmm

I kinda feel that in a bit, multiboxing is so intense and so rewarding, that most other activities seem pale and uninspiring.
Every now and then, maybe when i'm just waking up in the morning after a long grind session, I find myself wanting to do a head check to see where my alts are... but not quite enough to make any movement to actually look. It probably gets to the part of my brain that resolves locations and it chokes on the virtual coordinates.

I once played a game called homeworld for such a long time that i kept trying to 3d rotate my desktop so i could get a better view of the icons - wondering why windows didn't work more like the game.

Although I'd never say any of it was a depressing feeling, it was more like thinking so solidly in a new format that i started expecting something more from reality.

I do lots of gym! It relieves the tension from any activities or job that cause the stress, and helps relax on Arenas
