    Default Bad language!

    hi there all

    i am i trouble.
as i am playing on Drak'thul realm where the czech and slovak comunity is based and i am running around with 5shamans 70lvls i get a cross a lot of bad language addressing me;-( word like ..... i would said to anyone unless i want be seriously rude.
the thing is i always talk to GM about it as reporting bad language the trouble is all the bad language is in slovak or czech the GM said there is no problem for blizzard to get theese translate ans they take all the actions agains it bla bla bla so i was wondering and put las five of them to my friend list to see them if they online or not . and gues what they still online they not /w me like why you reported me or anything so i think blizzard didnt take any action against it
i kind of decided to migrate my toon to some another real preferably type normal as i am now on pvp and leave all my friends there. the reason is i am honestly tired of being called names only because i am multiboxer on slovak czech comunity realm.

the question is what realms are you playing? (this is probably wrong place at the forum so please move this topic to the right one thank you)
are anyone of you wanna share realm with me?? or something like that
    sorry for the gramar.

Learn to /ignore them. It will save you a lot of aggravation and as a bonus it will piss them off.

I would readdress this issue with another GM. Regardless of the language be it Czeck, Slovak or are some obscure dialect an Inuit Indian speaks if you are being insulted Blizzard have a responsibility to address this and handle it appropriately. I am personally aware of two such issues that took place many months ago, the offender severely abused a friend of mine in a non-English manner over a period of time. The offender was dealt with by blizzard; though, we did provide an English translation.

I wouldn't relocate servers just because of idiots like this, it is blizzard's duty to manage and maintain a safe environment for gameplay.

You do not always get bans (and when you do usually it takes a while to be acted upon, leaving them with a ban when they are logged off anyway) from swearing, most times you get just a warning. Also, they wouldn't necessarily know it was you who reported them, GMs don't give away that information.

There's also such a thing called a "penalty volcano". If the person does not make swearing a habit -- most likely if it's the first offense they will only get a warning or a temporary (<24 hour) ban.

If they keep up with the bad language, their ban could get worse and worse -- 24 hours, 48 hours, 72 hours...

If they refuse to behave after plenty of warning, the ban will become permanent.

Continue reporting their behavior to GMs. It does take time for the GMs to fully investigate the matter (i.e. did you also swear? If so, they will likely take action on you as well). They will get what's coming to them -- Blizzard can be quite patient but they will do the right thing in the end.

Also Blizzard will never reveal the outcome (the actions they take) of their investigations as an fyi
