Weird Macro/Keyclone problem

I have 4 windows setup, everything has been working fine.

I just started my 3rd RAF team 1 pali+ 3 priests and i am having a really weird issue with one client and i am unable to identify the solution.

Macro on the priest is

/assist focus
/cast [mod:shift] smite; shadow word: pain

This works perfectly on the other 2 priest clients, on the not working one, the macro toggles to the other spell when shift is held down but it never triggers when hitting the hotkey.

If i make that window active and hit shift, Smite shows up on the action bar and clicking the spell works, however the hot key is not (Currently bound to #3) I have tried moving it to other keybinds with the same effect.

If i hit #3 SWP casts without any issues!!!

Like i said, its working like a charm on the other clients, just not this one!

Shift being sent to that copy of wow?

and it wouldn't hurt to try /cast [mod:shift] smite; [nomod] shadow word: pain

is shift+3 bound to anything else? easy way to find out or unbind it is to go to key bindings find something blank make it shift+3, or whatever, and then just unbind it
