I shall have to depend on Vyndree to call me for the bars lol

I'm creating a list of phone numbers for said purpose.

I voted for the Cheesecake factory -- if only because their menu is basically the size of a novel and if you can't find something to eat there, you're too picky to eat anywhere. From what I've seen in Seattle as well, they have a decent vegetarian section for anyone who has specific dietary preferences.
