Multiboxer v2 does this.
You have to open up the chat window, but after that (if multiboxer is set up correctly) it will follow the main screens clicks (skipping chat, selecting flight path, etc)
How would you get this to work properly. I have went and set it up in the options but it seems to be doing the same thing.
