Although illegal, sharing/selling accounts is nothing new, happens all the time without people getting banned.

Only people allowed to use the account is the account owner and 1 minor. Giving away your account is still against ToS (can be banned). Just stop paying and then one day if you ever decide to carry on you can pick em back up...if not then nothing lost.
