    Default yet another raf Q

i know i know, i tried digging here and there but i got no answer for my question, i have made several toons with my current setup, A>B>C>D and E, now my question is, a toon i created in account A if move to account E, can that toon grant lvls to account C?, i know that toons created in account C if moved to E can grant lvls to C coz i done it, but am not sure coz in this case the veteran account is A, and if u wonder about the character creation in account A its created after the link was setup. thank u

I'm glad you searched here, however, if you would have read the Blizzard FAQ, you'd see that the granted levels do NOT transfer along with a character. So, no, you cannot transfer a toon and then grant levels with it.

I believe you can transfer a character and receive granted levels on that character but not transfer a character and then grant levels from that character.

    From the FAQ :

If I transfer a character with unused level-ups to another realm, will that character get to keep the level-ups?
No. Unclaimed levels are not moved during a character copy or transfer. Be sure to use them before you transfer.

Now note that is talking about transfer to another realm, but I take that as strongly implying that Joe Shammy, L60 with 29 levels to grant, can't transfer to another account and grant those levels to a lowbie on whichever account is linked to the account Joe just transferred to.

On the other hand, this I could see being possible:
I have my main account unlinked and I have 4 chain linked accounts A>B>C>D that have run 4 toons to 60, so they have grantable levels (A is linked back to my best friend's account). Now let's say I have a L30 toon on my main account I don't want to reroll (he has rare recipes or sentimental value). Say I transfer that L30 to account A, my belief is that the L30 would be eligible to receive granted levels from the 60 on account B so long as the normal conditions were in place.

Did you know.. (RAF tip and more)

this what i read here in forums :

I pretty much level my guys up to 40 because it is so fast. That way they have 20 levels to give away once I grant levels and I can just transfer the one character that couldn't get granted levels, grant the 20 levels from my recently granted guy and boom another 60.

what i would like to confirm it doesnt work, i asked my friend who coiencedantly moved his toon to another chained account similar to my case, scratch the example i wrote up, coz i remember that i granted the toon lvls b4 i made the transfer.
