Default RAF Boosting, and multiple accounts interlinked question.

    Searched and found no answer.

I just started multiboxing, and through this site have learnt alot. I currently run with 2 and am looking to go with 3, but heres the problem. I have my vet account (Multiple 70s) linked to the new account, can I refer a 3rd account with the new account and use the vet to boost the two with 3x exp ?

(I think I made that really confusing)

    Basically

    Vet >refered to>account 1>refered to>account 2

Will account 1 and 2 get 3x with vet boosting ?

If the 70 who is boosting is connected to the account it will not get 3x exp. So since the Vet referred account 1 it won't get experience, but since account 1 referred account 2 i think it will get the 3x boost. I could be wrong but i think that's how it works at the moment

If I understand your situation correctly, no, you cannot do that.

Account 1 is linked to account 2. If you refer account 3 from account 2, then 2 and 3 are linked. It means that once grouped, 1 and 2 are linked, and 2 and 3 are linked. Therefore, every account is linked to another one, and you get triple XP on all of them if all characters are around the same level. But if you put a level 70 in the group, you lose triple XP.

My advice is to just start 3 fresh characters and level them to 60 without boosting. You will be surprised how fast it goes with RAF.

The only way that you could boost your 2 fresh accounts, would be if your primary (main) account was not linked to either. But since you've already linked your primary with one of your fresh accounts, I'd suggest going along with what Fef said. A fresh 3-boxing team is a great idea.

You might want to primary with a tank, have a dps and healer as your followers/alts.

Thanks for the speedy reply. I assumed that the above answer(s) was how it worked, but wasn't sure. I may end up going with the fresh 3 when I get my current to 70.
