can you dual box a shaman and mage at the sametime

Just wanted to do two draenei one shammy one mage on WoW at the sametime. Since they both are spell casters I think it might work.

I would use keyclone.

Account sharing will get you banned. You draw attention multiboxing so it is simply a matter of time before a gm actually looks at your accounts and bans you.

anyway... since you do have some experience then i think you'll be fine. i dont see any reason why you will have problems with the two classes. also, even in instances you'll be rolling on different gear, so that's a plus also. the last thing you basically need to work with is just the timing and combination of all your attacks. that's the fun part. enjoy.

Yes, you can most certainly dual box a shaman and a mage. You have some nice options with those classes: double ranged dps, healer & ranged dps, melee & ranged dps. Rather flexible given some practice.

but they arent playing them at the same time which makes it much harder to detect acct sharing. Boxing its pretty easy to see.

That is not the issue, the issue is that if posts like this keep appearing without any form of criticism, then it looks like the multiboxing community are saying it's Ok to account share, and would provide more fuel for the anti multibox brigade. also once you start multiboxing your accounts will come under alot more scruitiny (as you will get reported quite a bit) so if you are letting friends share your accounts or you are using friends accounts, problems may arise.

Actually, I thought I addressed that point rather calmly and intelligently, no? And I did address the OP if you examined my entire post.

As mikekim pointed out, this is really a very simple precept: you promote what you permit.
