I haven't had anything as bad as the ones people are reporting here, but I did get something last night that really bugged me. I logged on and since all 5 of my 70s are in the same guild, it's become a ritual of sorts for people to say hi to the SoucXs. Well last night so new member said "I </3 boxers". I'd never seen that emote, but apparently it means hate. Gotta love that, a guildie telling you he hates you in gchat. Apparently he was ganked leveling and still holds a grudge. I took the high road and told him to please try and judge me on my actions and not on what others did and we'd be cool. I think this bugs me more than the random scrubs that spout off in whispers and BG chat cause now I have to actually raid with this guy. Meh, he's on probation anyway so he might not make it. Anyone else had to deal with in guild haters?

Honestly, and feel free to disagree with me... but I think it's a lot harder to multibox, then it is to play normally. Sure some things are easier, but you try writing all of your own macros, writing all of your own commands, watching 2-5 characters, making sure they don't die, run oom, or get left behind. To every person that says I have an advantage because I don't have to look for a group, I simply reply, "Why you don't have any friends and are jealous that I am my own friends?"

I'm not sure if it's necessarily harder, but certainly you have to pay more attention to what's going on around you.

For me personally, it's way harder to stay awake at the keyboard when I'm just controlling 1 character compared to when I am running my group.

I really dont know what is wrong with these people. What I have gotten is: "Loser", "Multiboxing Noob", "You will always be a virgin." Other than that nothing else, which I am glad after reading some of the other post, there are some real aholes in the game and its unfortunate but its a bunch of kids, I really hope that they change when they grow up or I feel bad for the world with that generation.

edit: Was from a level 1 alt while I was doing arena, he logged right after that but I can only assume he was a teammember of one of the teams I rolled that evening. I just shrugged it off and moved on. :P

I couldn't tell you how many times people have talked down to me. The number has to be astronomical. Most of the time I let it go, sometimes I laugh at them, other times i just cant help but throw it back their way.
