Im a new multiboxer!

Hey I was just wondering since both of my shamans are standing next to each other how do I click on the same npc with out clicking 1st for my main and then left a bit for my alt? I am using octopus so there is no problem with window switching but i was just wondering if there was a way

Edit: I am also wondering since they are standing next to each other and not completly on line with each other when i press a or d to turn they can some times run of in different directions when i press w is there a solution to walking around normally?

Enable mouseclick broadcasting and you should be good.

I have that enabled but it requires me to click in a different place on the screen for each alt i have playing... Is this what you normally do or is there a way around this?
