I'd agree with Mikekim.

What you're used to will determine the setup of your UI.
I've seen some people play with so much on their screen that the actual game takes up about a 5cm square right in the middle.
There are a heap of UI packs available, one of the best ones used to be MirageUI but I'm not sure if he's still making that.
