The name is a joke with me and my friends.. I tend to only read the first few letters in a city/place name and make up the rest.. or just say it completely wrong..
Shattrath City = ShatnShat
The Steam Vault = Vapor Vents
Hell Fire Citadel = That Ramps Place
Tempest Keep = Flying Place and Um Bob
Cenarion Refuge = That one place.. First town you hit in Zangermarsh
Zabra'jin = Zaba something place...

The list goes on..
