Recipe 3:Ogre's Quick Buffalo and Ranch Sandie

Ingredients:
Chicken/Turkey - I usually laze out of it and get the deli meat (pre-cooked) The turkey you won't be able to tell the diff
Buffalo Sauce - I use Frank's Buffalo Sauce, but you can use Red Hot, or your favorite local one
Ranch - I like ranch can substitute bleu cheese if you go that way
Cheese - your favorite on buffalo, I like Mozz or Provo, but you can use American or Colby or Jack
Hoagie - can use hot dog buns, tortillas or regular bread if you wish
Garnishes - I will do shredded lettuce, sliced or chopped olives, pepper, oregano

Instructions:
Fire up the stove and put on a skillet (can use an electric skillet if you wish). I put it on high - lazy and fast but good is the requirement. Throw in the bird - I usually use 7-10 slices, add or remove to the size you like. Add about a teaspoon of your Buffalo sauce, more if you like buffalo, less if you need it less hot. Let it cook about 2 -3 mins, chopping your bird with a spatula into little shreds. I am looking for the sauce to turn a little reddish brown. Once that happens, I add a little more sauce, about 1/2 teaspoon and throw on your cheese. Wait for cheese to melt a little and scoop it out onto your hoagie(s). Add the ranch, and any garnishing.
