    Default Ogre's Multiboxer Cookbook

Recipe 1: Ogre's Quick Pizza Wrap

One of my favorites while Multiboxing WoW, it's quick and it tastes great:

    Ingredients:
Large Tortillas (I prefer the Mission Jalepeno Wraps)
Pizza Sauce (Contadina makes a squeezable, which is perfect for my quick preparation)
Pizza Toppings (I like Hillshire Farm's Pepperoni, it's a little less greasy and more spicy and Hormel Canadian Bacon)
Pizza Cheese (I like straight Mozzarela, my wife is more of a Mozz/Provalone fan)

    Instructions:
Dress your tortilla with the Pizza Sauce as desired. I like to use a little, so it doesn't squirt out the sides.
Press your toppings into the sauce on one side (I usually use like 10 pepperoni slices and 8 canadian bacon slices. If you're a nut for toppings, you can dress on both sides, but it might be hard to hold.
Add the cheese to the top of your toppings.
Nuke for about 45 seconds or until center is hot to the touch.
    Grab your favorite MB beverage.

Recipe 2: Ogre's Quick and Awesome Layered Nachos:

    Ingredients:
Tortilla Chips (Can do any kind, I prefer a mix of regular salted corn and Doritos)
Grated Jalepeno Jack Cheese (You will probably have to grate it, you could use slices, but I like mine spread out)
Grated Longhorn Colby Cheese (again will probably have to grate or slice it)
    Sliced Jalepenos
    Paper Plate

I like my nachos tiered, so take a microwavable paper plate and add one layer of nachos. Add the Longhorn Colby cheese to the top of it, but leave some to be mixed later to top em off.
Add another layer of nachos, use different ones if you're working with more than one kind. Add the Jalepeno cheese, again saving some to mix on top layer.
Add a third layer of nachos, mixing them, and add a mix of the remaining Longhorn Colby and Jalepeno cheeses to the top.
Nuke for 1 minute and turn. Keep nuking 1 minute each until the cheeses are bubbling on the edges. I like mine bubbled, but try not to get them too brown.

HAHA, i'm going to have to try those. I bet they are even better if you actually cook it in the oven. That sorta defeats the laziness but honestly the only difference is the time you wait. The prep time is the same. Thanks for the recipes.

    Caspian's recipes:

Casp: Hey babe, whats for dinner?
    Wife: *
    Casp: Sounds good to me!

All kidding aside, the wife and I worked together today to smoke a 13 lb brisket for 17 hours and made homemade BBQ sauce (me more sauce wife more brisket) for some friends up from out of town. It turned out very well.

    Recipe:
Magic Brisket Rub - mixture of various spices
    Brisket
    Smoker
rub the rub on the brisket
    Smoke until done.

    Recipe:
    Sauce
    ~2 liters of water
    2 beef bullion cubes
2 small cans of tomato sauce
    season to taste
    salt
    black pepper
    red pepper
    garlic
    cayenne pepper
    chili pepper
    sirache hot sauce
    brown sugar
    honey
    cumin
    cinnamon
    Worcestershire sauce
    among other things

Put water in pot, add bullion cubes bring to boil
    add tomato paste
    stir
    stir some more
    add seasoning to taste
continue until reaches desired thickness, if you run out of time and it is still too thin you can add corn starch per the instructions on that box
If it gets too salty or too spicy. clean a potato or two slice them about 1/2 inch thick and toss in the sauce. Let them cook in there for about 10-15 minutes and pull them out. It will mellow your sauce and when the potato slices cool they make a VERY good snack.

One rule of thumb on BBQ sauce is it is never done, it is never bad (well it can spoil after a few days). But you can keep adding until it is the way you want. It gets to thick, add some water, you can do the potato trick, add more of your favorite sauce (I like the sirache hot sauce a lot) or spices. It is a living creation!

The sauce is kind of labor intensive, so have your kids do dailies while you make it. But the smoking is perfect it can cook while you quest or BG or whatever you like to do! Just check on it every few hours or so, depending on your smoker. Depending on how many people there are you can eat the brisket for 2 or 3 days easily. Chop it up for a chopped beef sandwich, it is great in eggs with your BBQ or hot sauce for breakfast. So you can work for maybe 3 hours total time (not even continuous) for sauce, brisket and extras later and eat for 3 days.

Recipe 3:Ogre's Quick Buffalo and Ranch Sandie

    Ingredients:
Chicken/Turkey - I usually laze out of it and get the deli meat (pre-cooked) The turkey you won't be able to tell the diff
Buffalo Sauce - I use Frank's Buffalo Sauce, but you can use Red Hot, or your favorite local one
Ranch - I like ranch can substitute bleu cheese if you go that way
Cheese - your favorite on buffalo, I like Mozz or Provo, but you can use American or Colby or Jack
Hoagie - can use hot dog buns, tortillas or regular bread if you wish
Garnishes - I will do shredded lettuce, sliced or chopped olives, pepper, oregano

    Instructions:
Fire up the stove and put on a skillet (can use an electric skillet if you wish). I put it on high - lazy and fast but good is the requirement. Throw in the bird - I usually use 7-10 slices, add or remove to the size you like. Add about a teaspoon of your Buffalo sauce, more if you like buffalo, less if you need it less hot. Let it cook about 2 -3 mins, chopping your bird with a spatula into little shreds. I am looking for the sauce to turn a little reddish brown. Once that happens, I add a little more sauce, about 1/2 teaspoon and throw on your cheese. Wait for cheese to melt a little and scoop it out onto your hoagie(s). Add the ranch, and any garnishing.
