chain heal gfx, how to turn on?

This is probably an extreamly noobish question so I'm posting it in here. I run my main & slaves at low gfx settings in wow but I cant see chain heal (the chain part). I'm assuming its to do with one of the gfx settings but I've got no clue which, got any idea?

Think it's called Spell Detail in Options > Video. Turn it all the way up and there you go. =)
