Healing Stream totems with 5x shaman

I just recently got my healing stream totems on my 5 shamans. When I first used it everything was stacking perfectly. Now, I am in RFK and layin these totems are having a bad affect. My Main shaman is only recieving 1 benefit out of all 5 that are layed, but the other 4 are seeing all 5 stack. Has anyone encountered this problem before? Healing stream should stack, but my main is acting as if it is not stackable. I tried restarting wow, changing leaderships and nothing works.
