Agreed. In the US, it bugs me when people confuse civil law (torts) with criminal law. Bugs me more when people say something is illegal when in fact it is against Blizzards TOS. Not the same thing at all.

Actually, I think there is something in the EULA/TOS about selling the physical media assocaited to your accounts. I think the part about selling the actual account is pretty vague, since the actual account is defined as Blizzard's sole property, and in essence, the player just leases the right to play it.

I'll have to go back and read it again. They do have a catch all built in as well though "we can ban you at any time for any reason without notice, have a nice day"

There is the anything against the "spirit of the game" blurb banstick rule in there.
