Can one dude have more then one SoC on them? Or do you cast sequence it while tab targeting? I can't wait to get my locks up.
Absolutely you can stack SoC on one person. Makes them go off a LOT faster, too.
Well one per lock of course... shooting the guy again with your seed will just refresh the seed per lock
