The shipping charge was only $14.21! down from 54 bucks just yesterday.

OP is not referring to delivery of authentication keys for licenses. The digital authenticators are the random number generator thingys that were introduced as an extra level of security for your account... Check WoW homepage for more details.
Woot, got my keyfobs today. Pretty darn fast delivery. Didn't even know my order was shipped, lol.
Looks like Blizzard's new international courier is FedEx, at least to Canada.
