One of the most fun thing I have tried was all guildes made a level 1 gnome and we had a race from IF to Stormwind.

There's a couple of themes in this...
Just as many people as possible create a level 1 alt and they race. Nothing to do with multiboxing necessarily, but fun nonetheless.
Create multibox teams and go take down hogger at level 1.
Create as many chars as possible and do crazy stuff in ironforge.
A massive alliance vs horde level 1 multi box zerg fest.

I like the mass zerg idea... I don't think that's been done with level 1 multiboxers before.
