to stop time, you would have a time bubble where you stepped into time and are living in between the nanoseconds of real time. time in your bubble would progress normally, otherwise you couldn't move. this would mean you would burn calories, need to eat, and of course... produce .. err... output

and if you stopped time completely, you would not be able to see... since the light particles would also be stopped. (this lends to the 'living between nanoseconds' mindset)

teleport would require small wormholes outside of normal space time. you'd create a bubble around yourself that gets sucked into the wormhole... then pop out the other side (without the bubble you'd have an issue maintaining the wormhole as you would be torn apart)

i'd go with teleport any data of the week.
If you do have this bubble, you'd age very rapidly in the eyes of a normal person.. One day your 18, the next you may be 19.. If you had control over time, it would probably be more appealing. Gogo sands of time reverse after death lol.
