Replace collection quests with instance runs.

This makes sure you're still on track with the guide without wasting a bunch of time -- plus, you get some pretty instance gear.

Some collection quests are worth doing only if they're part of a long quest chain, or if they have a really nice drop rate.
A good suggestion. My current progression:
--> Skip all collection quests unless it's a class quest (i.e.: warlock felhunter); only exception is blue items that will last you 10+ levels, like the Golden Bloodrobe from the warlock quest.
--> Quest until you're having to do a lot of red quests or the quest NPCs won't talk to you yet or the zone you want to quest in is being camped ruthlessly by gankers.
--> Then do instance runs until you level out of the instance or get bored with it.

I kinda float around between them. I also do loot collection quests if there is a good rare-ish drop I'm after where the mobs for the quest happen to be.
