I am pretty sure you can still do it, with this way.

You invite your 70 to the party (this requires alot of work, tho.)

He leaves party, you tag, he kill, invite him back when the timer on his teleport crap is at 10 sec, rince and repeat.

But .. Oh well, Im 60 in a few days anyway so this wont really affect me
