Maximizer Problem on Keyclone

I am 2boxing. So, what I am trying to do is have 2 windows with 1 small window overlaying the big window which takes up the whole screen (like this: http://www.solidice.com/keyclone/lay...egions_pip.jpg). This way I can use the PiP swap whenever I need to switch from one char to the other. The problem I'm having is that the small window keeps disappearing; so that the large window basically overlaps the small window. I would like to know how to prevent this. Thanks and take care.

nvm..i figured it out. I need to check always on top on the smaller window.
