Unfortunately, it's the non-vet account char so I can't grant it levels. When the other toon reaches 60, will the triple xp still count for the non-60 or does it end for them as well?

Unfortunately, it's the non-vet account char so I can't grant it levels. When the other toon reaches 60, will the triple xp still count for the non-60 or does it end for them as well?
So long as both toons are within 4 levels of each other the non-60 will still get trip xp.
If it really bothers you then pickup a collection quest on the lowest level character. Everyone gets XP for the kills and the 1 char can catch up a bit.
