When I was single levelling a warrior (I got to 24 then gave up for other classes) the thing I needed most was healing
I would vote for a shaman.
1. Spec elemental and you will have some pretty impressive damage output at later levels.
2. Tough enough. Shield + mail, means non squishy healer.
3. Totems.
I prefer the shaman as the healer but you could do well with a paladin.
Team: Feral Druid, 3 Ele Shaman, 1 Resto Shaman
Gimp Team: 4 paladins(13) and a DK(80)

Thanks for the input, I think I'm going to go Shaman! Being new to dual-boxing will it be really difficult to lay down totems if I'm putting most of my energy into the Warr main?
Drop your totems using a castsequence macro before hand, then send the warrior in.
Most totems last for 2 mins (apart from a couple) so you have plenty of time to go through a few mobs before having to refresh the totems.

Do I spec the Shaman ele or enhance?
I have warrior with a boomkin. I don't actually go to moonkin form so I can easily cast heals if needed. Having the two HoT's and the emergency healing touch makes for great heals. Thorns and Mark are a good buffs for a warrior. The druid, at least now, is less likely to pull aggro from my warrior with his spells then another more powerfull caster. I have been able to take 6-8 mobs at level with not much of an issue, with the only AoE being TC, WW and cleave. None of my other 2s combos have been able to do that.
