Default Best class to pair with a Warrior?

What class should I pair a Warrior main with? I'm not too picky, I just want a tank for 25 man raids. I currently do have a 70 Resto Druid and a 70 Shadow Priest. I just started looking at this dual-boxing info last night and am really intrigued (but also overwhelmed with all the info/decisions!)

    Thanks,

    Jeddius

I'd say a priest, or if you have one already any other healer..

I find that the biggest downtime with the warrior is eating/bandaging - if he has a healbot with him he can kill constantly without pausing

IMO priest for sure. You should have almost zero downtime. If you are RAFed on the two accounts, you will be blown away at how fast you will level.

I would say priest, but i'd also pick a druid any day, even for the auto attacks in catform, you can pop a heal whenever you need it. but running with two melee's may be difficult at first, but you'll get through it without much of a problem. also, if you do plan on a druid, you can also learn tanking with the druid when you reach 70 as well. cant do that with a priest.

I'd say paladin - Buffs and heals.

and if the paladin gets aggro its a little easier to keep him alive -

I would have said resto shaman, but windfury totem is being changed in WotLK.
Jenzali - Troll Druid (Level 85) - Emerald Dream
Soon to be joined by 4 other Druid buddies!

Thanks for the suggestions, now I'm torn. I don't think I want to do priest just because I have one-but the familiarity in an unfamiliar process would be nice.

Would a pally be that much of a downgrade from a priest? I have this itch to learn the pally class. Also, I noticed on my trial account I don't have TBC. When I upgrade this account can I use my current TBC key or will I need to buy another expansion.

Thanks again for the response, I can't believe how fast peeps are on this board!

I have just started a Warrior/Paladin combo and so far it has been very fast. I just keep having the warrior run from mob to mob killing and throw a heal/blessing on him from the pally when needed. I know I will have to do more when they get higher level, but they are currently level 40 from playing here and there over the weekend. My first duo to level 60 was warlock/spriest, and so far the warrior/paladin are on pace.

As for this question; you will have to purchase another expansion.

Downtime is irrelevant. X mobs killed in Y time is what's important, with both combat and non-combat time included in time. It's better to kill 10 mobs in 2 minutes then spend 20 seconds drinking then to kill 6 mobs in 2 minutes but not need to drink. Go with a ranged class.

However, just ignore everything said and just play the class that you want if you have a preference. Any combo can work; some require more work and some are slower but they all work. Unless your goal is to just get your warrior to 70(/80) asap, you'll probably enjoy a class of your choosing more than a faster one.

    Default Warrior and..

I'm starting to get the drift here and it seems like it's come down to these two scenarios:

    Warrior and Healer

    Warrior and DPS

Seems like the Warrior and Ranged DPS may be faster to down the mobs. I'm trying to fit this in with my current toons I have as well. I have a 70 Spriest and Resto druid and a 30 mage. I can grant the free levels to my mage to get him to 60, so no Mage. That ultimately leads me to Shammy or Paladin. I've never played either of those. Is the Shammy the better DPS class. Can Pally's DPS ok? Isn't putting down totems hard to do when dual-boxing? Basically I'm trying to decide which of those would be best, I need a ranged dps that is not a hunter or mage! Decisions, lol!
