MB not working anymore

I'm not sure if I burned my MB or it hates me because I put it through hell when Mboxing. I have a P5K for one of the system I use dualboxing, yesterday when I boot up, there's power, no POST, black screen, the power went on for about 6-7 sec, it shuts off by itself, and reboot by itself after 3 sec. Initially I thought it's my cpu that's dead, so after google some info, I took my components apart and test them one at a time on my other computers. I think I pin down to the MB because when I insert a quad in it, it shows the same thing, power, no POST, black screen, auto reboot, still black screen.

Do any one of you encounter this before? Maybe it's a sign that I should stop Mboxing. Comments and suggestions are welcome.

I've got a similar issue with my pc. It doesn't post after a cold boot, but works fine after it has been reset. Try switching it on, leave it on for about 30 seconds and then press reset. I've just send my pc back to the shop (again) for repairs. Last time they repaired it by replacing the motherboard with another P5K. It lasted about 2 weeks before the issues returned. (Btw if you visit the Asus or Corsair forums you'll find that there's a lot of people with similar issues with the P5K series)
