I just want to point this out. I find it kinda funny that when all these threads are talking about WAR vs WoW vs EQ or whatever, that they all praise WoW and call the other games crap. I mean in the top 5 threads you can find people comparing all these games that are 4-10 years old now and the truth of the matter is they all brought something unique to the table. EQ as some of the best PvE content and history made, yes they failed at pvp but raids and groups where awesome. WoW made MMORPGS more appealing to younger groups due to the fact that it was more cartoonish, and then they added arena so the older players could have a pissing match and feel better then others. Warhammer looks like it might be a good game. Its bringing the Public Quest and RvR. Those that dont like the graphics seem to be wanting the cartoonish style vs a more realistic style.


Anyways that is just my little vent about all this. What it comes down to is every person is different so they are going to like different things. To say one is better then the other is like saying apples are better then oranges .... its a personal preference so lets quit all this bashing and dont state your opinion without at least giving it a try.

Sorry to tell you this, but it's only going to get worse with faster communication and easier ways to search for information and people.

To put it simply:
Effort of finding agreeable opinion << Effort of considering disagreeable opinion
Throw some human nature and ego on top of that.
Compounded by Consumerism where compromise means you're not getting the most "value"
