    Default Keyclone with multi comps

okay i got 4 computers and i got keyclone on all of them ..... how do i connect all 4 of those machines to one machine

  2. #2

    Default

enter the ip address and port of your central one and hit connect

    eg: 192.168.1.10:1320 (default port)

make sure your firewall doesn't block the port

okay i think i got it connected now let say i hit the "1" key how do i get it to hit on all of them

if you hit it on the master machine, it will auto-broadcast to the other machines.... thing is that the main machine must also connect to the others.

keyclone uses a p2p network architecture. the best, lowest latency, structure would be one central keyclone with the other machines connecting INTO the center. the best way to do this is using the keyclone/setup/general/auto-connect option. just check the box and put the ip and port of the main keyclone into the field to the right.

there is no need to have the center connect to the others, as all you need is one connection.

if the connection is established, you should see a line for every connection in the keyclone list.. which will contain the ping times (usually 0ms) and the Bps (bytes per second) received and sent
